Ms. Sujata Gupta
Founder
Ms. Sujata Gupta is the Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Financial Advisor, and a Board Member of Aretum, LLC, a privately held, mid-size US company focused on Technology-enabled Mission support services to the US Federal Agencies. Aretum is a rebranded and reorganized version of Panum, a company she founded in 1997 and led it as its CEO until 2023. Sujata is responsible for the governance and oversight of Aretum as a board member. Aretum is now the combined entity superseding Panum and its wholly owned subsidiary, Marton Technologies, Miracle Systems and Artemis Consulting. She is also a general partner of Rosaig Equity Partners, a family office she co-founded in 2020. Rosaig is a major shareholder of Aretum.
At Panum, Sujata led the day-to-day strategic direction, overall administration, and finance and accounting functions of the company. Prior to founding Panum in 1997, she was the Controller of ECTel (and its predecessor CTel), a NASDAQ-listed public company (Symbol: ECTX) and held several management positions while with the company.
Sujata has a Master’s degree in history as well as Bachelor’s degree in History, Economics, and English from Delhi University, India.
Dr. Vaikunth Gupta

Dr. Vaikunth Gupta is the Executive Chairman and a Board Member of Aretum, LLC, a privately held, mid-size US company focused on Technology-enabled Mission support services to the US Federal Agencies. During his business career, Dr. Gupta developed key business relationships in national and international IT and telecom for federal, commercial, and regulatory markets.
Dr. Gupta is a chartered member of the Indian High-Tech CEO council as well as an advisor/board member to numerous high-tech start-up companies. He has served on FCC’s NRIC Packet Council and in 2001 he was a finalist for Ernst and Young’s ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ Award. Dr. Gupta has also taught classes as an adjunct professor at GW University. He has a PhD from the University of Kentucky.
Shailendra Roy
Director
Mr. Shailendra Roy, B.Tech from IT-BHU and a Wharton AMP graduate, has over four decades of leadership in Indian industry. He began his career at BHEL, later serving as MD & CEO of BHPV. At Larsen & Toubro, he led the Power business, corporate affairs and several key ventures in power, defence, heavy engineering and infrastructure, also driving L&T’s global expansion. A respected industry voice, he has contributed to national forums and received multiple awards, including Lifetime Achievement by Construction Times. He also served on the Central Vista Oversight Committee and is an Independent Director in various companies.
Kushagra Gupta
Operations Director
Kushagra Gupta is a highly impressive individual with a rich experience of 16 years in teaching IITJEE aspirants, curriculum designing, curriculum implementation and management. He has B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. Since 2008 he has been to various renowned organization like Sri Chaitanya, FIITJEE, Vidyamandir Classes, Narayana, JOYY Inc and Unacademy where he has taught mathematics to IITJEE aspirants as well as involved in strategizing, designing and implementing curriculum for the students.
Rajeev Seoni

Rajeev brings 24 years of corporate technology leadership after two decades in the Armed Forces, giving him deep strengths in technology management, organisation development, business transformation, and a strong focus on data security and risk. Known for his effective leadership style, he holds an M.Tech in Computers from IIT Kanpur, an MBA from IGNOU, and a B.Tech in Electronics from IIT-BHU. He is also a frequent speaker at national and international forums and a winner of multiple industry awards.
Prakash Srivastava

AVM P.K. Srivastava, VSM (Retd), a defence and aerospace leader with 44+ years of experience, has served as Director at BDL and Vice President at L&T. He pioneered India’s Information Warfare framework, revived major IAF logistics projects, and transformed BDL into a missile system integrator. A Vishisht Seva Medal awardee, he is a noted defence expert featured on national TV. He holds M.Tech from IIT Mumbai, MBA from FMS Delhi, and B.Tech from IIT BHU.
